TIPS FOR DAY 1:

  1. Set alarm to eat every 2-3 hours

  2. Drink a minimum of 64 oz of water

  3. Use the App to track

  4. Keep guide handy

  5. Plan Lean & Green meals ahead of time

  6. Weigh and measure food + condiments

  7. Text me a pic of your lean and green

  8. Check-in with me about your day

  9. Attend a WIN zoom
